We strive to make the visit less traumatic for the children and empathize with the parents as they deal with their precious ones. As your child's advocate, we take the necessary step in providing the latest vaccination and education to go with it.

Appointments
Please call during these office hours to set up appointments or to speak with our staff. You may send us an appointment request through the portal if our phone line is busy especially if your child needs a sick visit.
We accept walk-ins only for sick patients between 8.30am and 9.30am on Monday, Wednessday, Thursday and Friday.
After Hours
A phone nurse is available during after-hours by calling the 24hr nurse line on your insurance card to answer health related urgent questions you might have about your child. You may also reach us though our secure patient portal or by following the instructions on our afterhour message. For urgent non-life threating illnesses, that are not able to wait till our normal business hours, it is best to go to the nearest urgent care center, rather than emergency room to avoid long wait.
